These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Todoulette mobile app and this website (together, the "Service"), provided by MindLandscape LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to let us know if you believe your account has been used without permission. You can delete your account at any time in the app.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful or harmful.
• Try to access accounts, systems or data that are not yours.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to reverse engineer it except where the law allows.
• Use the Service to infringe anyone's rights.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add to the Service. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide the Service to you.

Our content

The Service, including its name, logo, design and software, is owned by MindLandscape LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the app for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Not professional advice

The Service is a general productivity tool. It is not medical, mental health or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

Third-party services

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, such as sign-in providers and app stores. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also suspend or end access for accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that content will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MindLandscape LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to hold MindLandscape LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms, to the extent allowed by law.

Apple App Store

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support and is not a party to these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which MindLandscape LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
